You can manage your AAA credit card account anywhere in the world through www.aaanetaccess.com. Review transactions, download statements, and pay your credit card bills online through a secure website 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

To report your lost or stolen card, call 1-800-807-3068, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. A specialist will investigate charges to your account and determine if any fraudulent activity has occurred. Your AAA credit card provides you with zero liability for fraudulent transactions. Your account will be immediately closed, any outstanding balance transferred to a newly opened account, and your new cards will be mailed to you in a few days.

Payments are processed daily Monday–Saturday and are posted within 24 hours of receipt. If the due date is on a Sunday or holiday, make sure your payment is made prior to the due date to avoid late fees and interest charges. When making a payment by mail, be sure to allow up to seven business days for your payment to be received and posted to your account.

Yes. All of your recurring bills, such as health club dues, cable bills, or cell phone bills, can be automatically charged to your AAA credit card. Automatic payments are arranged with each creditor.

Yes. It is easy to set up your membership to be renewed on your AAA credit card. Log in to your account and select "Manage My Membership," and then "Automatic Renewal"

You should allow 30 days from the date the company receives a return for the credit to be applied to your account. Many purchase agreements specifically exclude shipping and handling on returns, so you may find that your refund does not include shipping and handling.

If you have questions, you should immediately contact the company from which you made the purchase.

You may raise a dispute about charges to your AAA credit card online, by mail, or via phone.

If your current card displays the Visa Signature® logo, when you charge your entire travel package for either foreign or domestic travel to your AAA Member Rewards Visa Signature® credit card, you automatically receive up to $500,000 in common carrier accident coverage. The AAA Member Rewards Platinum Plus® card offers $250,000 in common carrier accident coverage.

If your current card displays the Visa Signature logo, and you charge your entire car rental to your AAA credit card, decline the collision damage waiver coverage offered by the rental company and receive supplemental collision damage coverage up to the actual cash value of most rental vehicles when certain terms and conditions are met.

Auto Rental Collision Damage Waiver Program ("Auto Rental CDW Program") provides—at no additional charge—coverage on a 24-hour basis for damage due to collision or theft up to the actual cash value of most rental vehicles when certain terms and conditions are met. In your country of residence, this coverage is supplemental to, and in excess of, any valid and collectible insurance from any other source.

All AAA credit cards come standard with a built-in microchip as well as a traditional magnetic stripe. The chip encrypts information to increase data security when making in-person transactions at a chip-enabled terminal. Chip-enabled cards also provide expanded purchase options and convenience for Americans traveling internationally. AAA credit cards still include a magnetic stripe, so they can be used at all U.S. merchants whether or not they accept chip transactions yet.
